All sales are final for all products or services.

Products:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Brooms and other items are one of a kind, therefore a replacement item will not be an exact match to the original.  If the same design style is unavailable, the closest alternative will be suggested.

Include your order information as well as your name and address.

Also include photos and any documentation you have.
